  • 1 day-old baguette 
  • 200 g thick cream
  • 100 g fromage blanc 
  • Salt & pepper 
  • Lardons 
  • Onions

  • Cut the baguette baked the day before in half and then lengthwise. 
  • Mix together the thick cream and the fromage blanc. Season with salt & pepper 
  • Spread the mixture over the 4 slices of baguette
  • Add the lardons and the finely chopped onions 
  • For an indulgent result, add some Gruyère cheese on the top.  
  • Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200-210°C.
  • Serve hot with a salad
