List of ingredients
- 1 day-old baguette
- 200 g thick cream
- 100 g fromage blanc
- Salt & pepper
- Lardons
- Onions
Preparation steps
- Cut the baguette baked the day before in half and then lengthwise.
- Mix together the thick cream and the fromage blanc. Season with salt & pepper
- Spread the mixture over the 4 slices of baguette
- Add the lardons and the finely chopped onions
- For an indulgent result, add some Gruyère cheese on the top.
- Put in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200-210°C.
- Serve hot with a salad
